Fender rolling
Is anyone capable or does anyone know of any local body shops that can roll fenders?

Most of your regular shops aren't going to have the tool. Rolling is easy though. I did mine the janky way with a wooden bat, but they came out really good.
I know TDC in Mobile has a tool. Wouldn't know about your area though.

Use a metal pole. I've had great success on two of my 240's and my 180 that I've done it with.
Basically get a pole that has a nice tight fit in it, and have a buddy help you slowly roll the car backwards and forwards, the fender will roll itself basically. Heat it up so you don't crack your paint and what not, and go slow (on 240's if you do it wrong it'll make a little dent in the rear quarter panel) not sure if hachi's are prone to that or not.

If you use a pole, make sure its smooth. Me and dewayne quick rolled mine at the track and he used the rough part of the handle and it kind of destroyed everything. Tires didn't rub though. Fast
